This program is now available to all Amazon employees, including full-time, part-time, and hourly workers. Through this collaboration, Amazon employees and their partners will have access to various family-building services and resources, such as reproductive endocrinologists, obstetricians, gynecologists, nutritionists, mental health providers, adoption coaches, and more.
Amazon employees can receive personalized care and guidance through Maven’s platform, which offers virtual consultations with medical professionals and experts in 35 languages. The partnership aims to simplify and streamline the often complex process of family building, providing accessible and comprehensive support to employees on their fertility journeys.
Kate Ryder, the CEO of Maven Clinic, expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership and highlighted how it addresses the existing barriers in the healthcare system for women and families. Lian Neeman, the global director of benefits at Amazon, emphasized the inclusivity of the program, catering to employees’ diverse needs and circumstances. The partnership’s expansion covers multiple regions, with Amazon employees and their partners in Europe, Asia/Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East/Africa now having access to Maven’s family-building resources. The list of countries where Maven’s services are now offered as a free benefit to Amazon employees includes various countries in Europe, Asia/Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East/Africa.
